It's what I've got bud,it's 2 abscesses together,right underneath in the scrotum area? Except mine bleed all the time. supertiva hidradinitis is the cause,my only advice is to try and keep your groin area as clean as you can,regular showers,I use hibiscrub,it's brilliant stuff to use for HS.
