Welcome Jessica πŸ™‚ try hot compresses, or a heating pad. I read an article on here that Vicks vapor rub will help with pain and bring it to a head. If you can't get it to drain, you may have to have to go to a doctor to have it lanced. Idk if you have a dermatologist but it takes a team of docs that have a good understanding about this disease in order to help you through this and find what treatments work for you. God Bless you πŸ™ I pray you find the help you need.

Well a doctor will say not too do this but I use a lance to pop them when they get big like that. Just make sure to clean the area before and after you lance and drain it. Make sure to sterilize the lance thoroughly before and after. Usually removes swelling which is what is causing the pain just keep an eye on it and keep it clean and covered for a few days to heal
