Oh absolutely. I feel like I get some of my worst breakouts when I'm extra stressed (and having anxiety doesn't help). I'm in therapy to help manage my stress better (among other things) and I do feel like that's helped a bit.

Yep! Stress doesn't help us and managing it isn't easy but it's definitely a piece to the puzzle to help us. I've been able to control my stress with holistic methods (cbd) and I am seeing my outbreaks not last as long & heal quicker. Big hugs 🫂

Yes I got covid last year Christmas Day and it was so stressful I had a bad break out had to go to the hospital New Year’s Eve to have it cut open needless to say that’s where I spent my hole night at then my mother was sick I was soooo stessed had another bad break out they say don’t stress your self out but I didn’t learn how not too
