I have successfully been on Humira for years, and I am concerned about long term effects. I am interested in birth control or hormone therapy. How well does it control HS?

Birth control hasn't seemed to have made a huge difference for me, although I'm still on it for PCOS anyway. I know some people have a lot of success with birth control and/or spironolactone especially if hormone cycles seem to trigger their HS flares. So if that's you, then hormone therapy medicines might work really well.
