Hello DreamDuncan. If I flared like that, I would 1) start an Antibiotic 2) I would put Hot Bleach towels on it to make it burst 3) put heavy gauze with an Antibiotic ointment on it and change it regular with the Gauze and Antibiotic ointment 4) that should work to burst and drain it, if not, see your Dermatologist. Yes Tracey. It has Never failed me. The flare burst then or awhile later. If not, I do the procedure again. The pain leaves and it drains.

To add to what Fatima said maybe try a heating pad

So putting bleach on the towel works,of coarse with hot water ,but this really will help to make them drain?
