How can I help drain one when it's so painful and I've done everything?
Depending on the location you can use heat or cold to help with the pain, most times I will use a hot compress to help with getting it to drain. I hope that this helps you

I had a previous surgery under my arm. Which happens to be my first ever encounter with hs. But tbh I don't remember what I had done. Well anyway I'm going back in to have it looked at again.
