What Is The Best Underwear To Use For HS?
A myHSteam Member asked a question 💭

Unfortunately, when I get flareups it affects my pelvic area. I think the friction can cause the sores and then wearing them causes it to get worse. Are there any types of underwear that are best to use when you have HS? Thanks in advance.

Not crazy! I use men's cotton boxer briefs. Keeps a nice cotton cover over area without cutting in to groin. Super soft cotton. https://www.costco.com/kirkland-signature-men's...

Try wearing them inside out. I had a problem with my underarms getting irritated by the seams in my shirt and now wear a t shirt inside out to bed. Used to do it all the time but got tired of people telling me my shirt was inside out.

I have not worn underwear in years for the fact anything that runs in certain areas causes a breakout.
