Has anyone found a good non-aluminum aerosol deodorant that doesn’t make HS worse and actually helps like deodorant should?

when my arms arent acting up i use a ph balancing gel antiperspirant with no sent. it lasts for like 2 days if i need it to but after putting it on i use essential oils to keep the smell gone
It’s not aerosol. It’s a roll on. Dr Organic. But I’m in the UK.
