Has Anyone Tried Non Traditional Medicine Or Surgery Options To Deal With Stage 3 HS?
A myHSteam Member asked a question 💭

If you are stage3 HS patient then, can you write quick tips for others if anything is working with you? Remicade, Humera, Stellara are all options but have had many side effects but are there an new biologicals working for you as none of the above have helped me. Also share your recovery period experience or if you are willing to connect directly as have few questions about it

CO2 laser surgery has been the most effective for me. Did Humira for a year and did but then was no longer effective for me. Doxycycline is no the strongest if I get an abscess but must take right away on onset. Plant base diet without nightshades and juicing is the best. Still working on naturally balancing hormones. Oh and colonics helped when I did it years ago for detoxification

Iam On an antibiotics every single day for the rest of my life it does keep them at ease an don't have break outs as much. I have stage 3 HS, my armpits an my groin area my whole back an butt also neck line of where hair is. I've had a few surgeries done 2 removed off each butt checks my back an also multiple multiple cut opened an drained or packed an then I've been getting the cores removed 2 weeks after getting cut open.
Epson salts work well for a break out or heating pad but put towel in between. I've also had a cyst removed from my knee. I wash with Dial body wash an also now my face breaking out worse an I already had behind my ears. So yes its been a struggle an I just found out 2 to 3 years ago what I have. Im very embarrassed an especially when they drain an you can smell of infection. Warm or hot showers or as hot as you can stand it.
