I've been given/read lots of information about HS and depression between closley linked. I just wanted to know if poor mental health is just a byproduct of the symptoms such as the pain, shame, insecurity etc. Or if there's a direct correlation of depression with HS. I do experience poor mental health but I wouldn't say it's only due to my HS.

Echeveria, first thing, try your best to calm down. Get help for the Panic attacks. You should see your flares slow down and heal faster. 🙏🏾😀

I've just finished a 2 week round of doxycycline with zero improvement, in fact it seemed to get worse. Ive had the same sore since Nov 2022.
