First, if you're pregnant or might become pregnant, avoid any peppermint. πŸ˜‰ I have tried that soap, but it didn't do anything for me. I have found that I have to change and rotate the soaps I use. In the winter, I have to use products that are more moisturizing than what I use in the summer. I've learned to not purchase a lot of one particular item because, it might work today and then do nothing for me tomorrow. πŸ™„ Anything is worth a try. HS is not a "one size fits all" disease. 😊 I've had good luck with a soap from Amazon called Defense, but I can't use it in the winter! πŸ˜„ I've also used Seaweed soap and it has helped me before. But, now, not so much. πŸ™„ Just keep trying until you find something that helps. πŸ€—
