I don’t believe in using antibacterials and all that. I believe in washing every day with Cereve unscented soap and using natural herbs and black tea externally for outbreaks. During outbreaks avoiding high blood sugar levels. Avoid food triggers, cheese for me. Mine is in remission and gone. I also wash after bowel movements or at least use baby wipes, if become sweaty, or anything that might compromise my hygiene and cause an outbreak and change pads or undies often. Sometimes air out the body without clothes and let skin breathe.

my dermatologists told me during the calm periods of my condition to get laser so it's not irritating the skin as much nor is it causing further trama to the area
