Salt water pool might be ok. But hot tubs have lots of germs.

Yes salt tends to clean and dry things. It must have healing properties....if you bite your tongue, it will heal faster if you gargle with salt water. If you have a tooth pulled, salt water is good to gargle with to clean the empty hole. I have gone south to the Caribbean for several years (not the last few because of covid), but my hs clears up down there. Makes me think salt water is good for HS

There is only one way to find out??? I would think it would be good on a regular basis. I think the hot tub would clean your pores! Especially the saltwater tubs!
