I just put Preparation H on mine that aren’t infected but just swollen. It shrunk it and made it stop burning. I just tried that tonight for first time. My Uncle used to do that on my Aunt’s bedsores when she had Alzheimer’s when they were first starting and he said it made them go away. I’m not sure what it will do to my non infected but burning nodules with regular use but gonna see. I am crossing my fingers and hoping it does what it did for my Aunt. Any topical pain killer that doesn’t have alcohol or irritating ingredients like benzocaine etc should work just for pain.
