Have you noticed any differences when taking them or missing a dose?
Vit D, Omega 3, multi, Vit E, I take things that are good for inflammation because I have other issues. Iโm also excited to report I am 4 months without sugar, artificial sweeteners, natural sweeteners and any flour. Bright Line Eating has helped me with sugar addiction and I have had a decrease in outbreaks, lost weight and feel better about myself which helped my depression and insomnia as well.
I currently take turmeric and curcumin for joints. I may look into zinc though after reading up on this issue. Seems to help some.
I take........
-Tumeric capsules for inflammation.
-Zinc and vitamin c to help with my immune system.
-Omega 3 flax seed oil capsules.
-Garlic capsules and oregano oil capsules as natural antibiotics.
I have found that tea tree oil and castor oil together works well on any lesions. A few drops of tea tree oil in a bath helps as well. You may smell funky for awhile but it helps. If that does not help drawing salves help a bit too. Those are just a few things I have done or used over the years, but yes doing those things and missing a few days in between does make things worse. Mine seem to come in threes if I don't keep up with it.
Thats crazy...maybe its the antibiotics that are oozing.trying to get any poison out if your system. You need to get some MAXI PADS
