Last weekend my son was transferred to a Children's Hospital in Ft. Worth. I had to keep driving back and forth for days between home and his hospital. I think I drove approx 400 miles over the weekend. Caused my HS to flare up horribly on my bottom. Epson salt soaks & Benzoyl Peroxide wash has helped drain/surface mine. Also helps pores open up & kills the bad bacteria.

Try getting several ice packs. Cold packs but freeze them get a cooler with ice so can change then every so often. Being honest nothing is gonna truly help. But this is a simple fix.😗🤭

I. Don’t have it on my bottom but on my vulva. But, I would recommend a gel cushion for your car. That might help.
