HidraWear is something you wear that can keep bandages secure. See hidrawear.com for more info

Hi Huggies......yes I wrote this over a year ago. I think in the spring, Hidrawear came to Canada. I am mostly in remission now, so don't require it. I was thinking it would be expensive though. When you look at the price of regular bandaids, it's no wonder. I have heard the lady that invented Hidrawear worked in a bakery in Ireland and had to find something to help her HS!

I looked at the web site....I think these products are fantastic...there are plenty of good reviews on the site...its so hard to hold a bandage in place without the use of painful tapes, etc

Hey Bonbon, I live in Alberta @nd you most definitely can order the Hidrawear products here. I had a representative come to my house and measure me for the garments. The gal that created Hidrawear also has HS. There were a couple drawbacks with the product for me…the products didn’t fit me because I am well above average sizing, and the bandages were, in my opinion, expensive. For 60 bandages it was $250. Good luck 🥰

Yes I agree. I'm in Canada, and we can't order them here. I wrote them, and they said they are working on it??? They look awesome. I bandage alot, but because you move, it's hard to make them stick. Now I buy this bandage sold by the foot, so I can cut it to length. I cut it, then put a few layers of gauze on it, then stick it on. Then I buy this tape in the bandaid section call Absolute Waterproof Tape. It's quite stretchy. I tape 1 strip, about 8" long overtop of my other bandage. So the centre is on the bandage, and either end goes partway around my upper thigh. It keeps the main bandage in place, and the stretchy of the waterproof tape allows me to move without the bandage moving. Did you order hidrawear?
