Different is that mine is called micro touch And it’s smaller from what I can see of the internet so I recommend this one I have due to the reason it will get in to all nook’s and smaller area’s and it’s even got a light 💡on it to and you won’t catch the skin as easy 👍

Well m8 I keep my hair short under my armpit due to the reason it glue’s my hair together with the discharge and it is like someone ripping your hair out and by god it’s painful as you can imagine
But also it sounds mad but it lets the rubbish out so it’s not holding as much bacteria if that makes sense to you
So yes shaving does help in that respect but of course you can’t use razors 🪒 it gets to close to the skin

I just looked it up Barry. I'm glad it have a Titanium blade because I have metal allergies. I'm going to try it.
