So I can’t swallow pills, Do they have a strong antibiotic that is liquid or a pill I can crush an put into water?

Umm. If I were you I would ask your doctor about the liquid stuff. But if it were me and having issues like that, I would have something ready to eat and if they're the plastic capsules then you can break those open and sprinkle them into your food. Will help mask the flavor and I know with my meds I have to take them with food or else it makes things bad stomach-wise for me.

Yes they do but you will find tablets have to be taken whole that’s something to think about as they might not work

The doxycycline I get comes in capsules that you can open and pour the powder into water. I imagine it would taste pretty bad though.

I used to be the same way. Out of desperation, I learned to swallow them. My only other option was an IV. That gets expensive. Some things do come in capsules but make sure you can put it in yogurt or something. Some of the new drugs are time released and it can't be put in yogurt.
