After I got diagnosed with hs I stopped using deodorant because I thought hmm maybe be clogging my pores but I'm not use to the no deodorant thing so does anyone have any suggestions. It would be amazing 😁

I stopped using aluminum based deodorant years ago and haven't had an underarm flare since. I've used arm and hammer, which is baking soda based with great success, but also coconut based have worked for me. If you don't want to spend hours looking at drug facts, pretty much anything marketed as "anti perspire" is going to be bad for h.s.

There is a crystal deodorant that is aluminum free. I use Arrid clear spray. I tried all kinds and everything broke me out besides it.
