I have noticed that my hidradenitis occurs any where I have both pubic hair and chafing, arm pits and groin but not beard. This makes some sense given what I know about hidradenitis, an inflammatory response at the hair follicle.

I'm wondering if anyone knows of any kind of underwear that helps reduce this problem?

Specifically I am looking for men's underwear but maybe some women might find this useful as well.
