1- Goodgirl probiotics.

I have chronic lesions in that area unfortunately and I’ve only found cold compresses to help.

That is the only location that I get them. My dermatologist give the worse breakouts an injection and they go down immediately. She will not Lance them. I do not recommend asking for them to be landed unless they are extremely large. Try to find a dermatologist that is somewhat knowledgeable, I just happened to pick one that this is one of her specialty.

I do find that cleaner diets do decrease the flare ups.

I get the same thing if I wear underwear or anything tight it’s very painful when flare up happen! Does anyone notice more flare up when they have dark soda or chocolate? I have had to stop consuming these because the flare ups where so bad
