Are There Any Suggestions Or Tips That Might Help?
A myHSteam Member asked a question 💭

I have been trying to deal with this "problem" for quite a wile, some days are more painful than others. i was a little apprehensive about sharing anything but i am at my wits end. i went to the doctor some months ago, and was told to, "keep doing what I'm doing" which was letting hot water run on it in the shower. i had to go back to the doctor to have it dealt with a few times because it was too painful. my question is, is there some kind of cream, or soap, anything that might helped?

Also you can ask your doctor for clindamycin gel.

I use hibiclens soap. You can get it at the store. It's antibacterial and antimicrobial. My doctor recommended it.

Definitely go to a good Dermatologist. I use Panoxyl, not Hibiclens.
I also use a antibiotic gel prescription called Doxycycline.
You may need a dose of oral antibiotics to try to get over the hump.
Good luck!

Find a dermatologist, invest in hot water bottles and buy Hibiclens
