I have to be very cautious when putting on any oils or lotions. It seems putting on oils like coconut oil or argon oil will get into a follicle and cause me to flare up real bad. Does anyone else have this problem with oils and lotions? Is there an alternative moisturizer you recommend?

One more thing, always check the labels to see what oils are mixed in. You may think you're using pure argan oil which should be safe but there might be other filler oils in the ingredients.

Coconut oil is comedogenic meaning it clogs pores. I know lots of people swear by it because it's natural but it's especially bad for someone prone to cysts.

You can choose to use oil free lotions but all oils aren't bad and I enjoy using them. Use this chart to see which are safest for you to use without causing flares.

Yes. I use no oils at all.

I love coconut oil. If you can wash it with coconut oil, then rinse off with hot water/hot wash-cloth.
Ps. Not too hot! 🥵
