I'm just going to add my experience here. I've had cancer twice. All my hair fell out after chemo, but grew back. 2nd cancer all my hair fell out, but only grew back finely and sparse on my head, eyebrows and arms. I had to have a bone marrow transplant and one of the things they do to prepare you is they give you IV medications to kill just about everything, fungus etc. After having that treatment and bone marrow transplant I went for about 2 years without a flare-up. They returned though. I don't have any hair in the areas where they flare and it seems not having hair hasn't helped. Mine get crazy and tunnel. I hope you find relief somehow.

Sure I am going for my third session in a few days. Hair wise after just two sessions they are nearly disappeared. Let's see how they will be working for the HS.
