What are symptoms?
I highly recommend 3m microfoam as an alternative to band aids...I can't stress this enough. It's my lifesaver.
Recurring boils that fill up and drain, sometimes on their own but sometimes I have to pop them. Hard tender lumps under the skin that are painful to the touch. When a boil goes away for "good" you will sometimes have a large pit, or scar.
Red itchy bumps or pimple like things that can be under your arms, breast, inner thighs, buttocks, or groin area. Very painful to the touch. Hot. Can have an odor to them. Could have puss or liquid coming from them.
I have the same! Super painful and embarrassing. I have many such scars. I'm also allergic to bandaid and have had rashes around a boil that wind up as bad as the boil. I totally understand. I never knew this is what it is until recently when I saw something about it. It make sense. I'll go long periods without having any and then get one. They used to happen regularly.
