Has anyone had to take spironolactone with remicade I'm waiting for my insurance to approve a higher dosage of remicade because even though there some improvement I'm still flaring I heard methotrexate can cause some serious side effects just wanted to hear everyone thoughts
Wow thanks Shane I think tht what my doctor is going to do next if this remicade is not working I only had three doses so far but I thought there would be more significant changes
Hi that good news my dr wants to Starr me on Remicade waiting for insurance to approve. I was wondering if you have any side effects?
This is exactly what has happened to me. Just took my 1st injection of cosentyx on Friday
Today my doctor prescribed methotrexate. I am also on remicade at the highest dose every 4 weeks with no improvement. I am also on metformin 1000 mg a day. I haven’t saw much of a change. My doctors prescribed methotrexate to add to my medicines. I am worried about side effects as well as fertility in the future. I am not planning to have kids now but in the future I would love too. I am 22 and would like to keep all options open. If anyone has any facts/opinions please let me know
