Yep, that's the worst time for me too. I hope that combo works for you. My side effects were horrible. Best of luck to you!💓
I'm on trulicity and it says I can get infections that can cause hospitalization if not treated. I'm overly concerned that a lesion that has broken will cause health issues. Any one else feeling this way and what should I do?
It's understandable to be concerned about skin infections, especially when managing both type 2 diabetes and HS. Here are a few points to consider:

Don't know if this is related to HS but when you get a raised bump with no head on it and you squeeze it and a white line comes out - what is that? Does anyone else get them? X
I have one on front of neck and one on back and it never goes away but it never gets infected either. The neck one has gone down a lot after constantly squeezing it. It doesn’t seem to fill up… read more
Recently found out I was diabetic. I'm in stage 3. And I was wondering if there was any side effects or anything I should worry about I also take mental health medications that I worry about interactions even though the doctor said there isn't any. Any help would be very much appreciated thank you
Thank you guys. I was wondering if it caused fatigue? I've felt very tired and weak with shaky legs and arms like I had just worked out for hours.
In the middle of an absolutely horrendous flare in both armpits and under my belly. They won’t heal, they’ve all been open since mid December and I’m SO sick of antibiotics and prednisone. I have my first appointment with a derm but it’s not until June. I’m not sure where to start.
I have stage 3 and have had many surgeries, the last I 2016. I was mostly flare free after that until about a year ago, so now trying humeria. Any input would help.😊
I'm just praying that this will help. I'm not sure what to expect or a timeframe, guess my Dr. will let me know
Yes, I am on it and it helped and I use aldactone to target the rest!
My mother use to call these fat bumps, boy was she wrong. After having back surgery, I discovered that my pancreas was nicked and I became a type 1 diabetic. There are times when my blood sugar drops and I will be sweating, I have woken up numerous times overheated and sweaty. How do I get help with this? Any suggestions? I was in the hospital in DKA and saw a commercial for HS and realized that that was what I had been dealing with. When I brought it up to my doctor, he basically said ok… read more

I got Kenalog shots yesterday. I've had them quite a few times before but this time I feel like the three places my derm injected barely drained at all....? Usually I have a ton of draining the first day after that injection. Has anyone experienced this?
I have also recently had the same done and I don’t often get drainage, only if the spot is already open it drains otherwise it just settles the inflammation and pain associated with it.
