Has anyone ever used this biological while pregnant? What were if any side effects on you or the fetus? Experiences with breast feeding while using it?

I have only found studies on animals using the 150mg dosing and they will have me on 300mg. I will be chatting to my dermatologist and pharmacist eventually just doing some research.
