Breast Implants And HS

Hi has anyone had breast implants with HS? Has this affected it? I only have it in my groin at the moment but worrying if I have breast surgery it could spread there too. My dermatologist said it could trigger a flare up but is this always the case?

I just don’t want to risk it if it could cause mine to spread but their isn’t anything on the internet to say anyone has had them done with hs! Good luck with yours though ❤️ xx

I haven't but I want one, I have pits ones too🤣. I hoping to get my pits grafted then maybe I will follow through with the implants.
