Do Any Women On Here Also Have Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome Or Cystic Fibroid Breast Tissue?

I am interested in knowing if any other women also have HS, PCOS/infertility, and/or cystic fibroid breast tissue? I’m interested in the possible hormonal aspect of HS.

My mammograms are definitely uncomfortable. Ugh. I’ve had them and ultrasounds. I have one fibroid right next to a larger cyst. They’ve biopsied the fibroid before.

Karin. I forgot to say that when you have Fibroid breast tissues, it can become so dense and a special something would have to be used to take Mammograms.

Hi Karin. I have had Fibroid breast tissue since I was 26 years old when I had my first biopsy. Be careful! Don't take it for granted. After from Age 26 with the first diagnosis to age 65, I had continued Mammograms and the one at age 65 showed suspicious signs that resulted in Cancer. I'm a Cancer Survivor for 9 years now. 😀

I have PCOS and cystic fibroid breasts. My affected HS areas are arm pits, under breasts, the very top of my thighs and the groin area. My HS isn't as bad as it used to be when I was younger. I'm positive A LOT of my HS breakouts are due to hormones. So now that I'm premenopausal I'm having less problems where as before every month when I had my period I would get so bad and sometimes I would have to actually miss work because it would hurt too bad to walk. To think of those times makes me cringe.
