I’ll be 35 come this March. I’ve been inactive my entire life until the age of 32. I started following beginner yoga videos. They’re slow, focused on breathing, no rushing, it’s amazing cause you find yourself becoming more mindful of your body and I accidentally lost a ton of weight! Check out SaraBethYoga on YouTube. Check her beginners playlist. I still use the same 2-3 videos for two years now 😂 And never ever feel obligated to move forward. Move at your own pace and listen to your body. Some days my flares are so bad I can’t do it but the beauty is
You can take
Your tome

I know not everything is for everyone but nike compression shorts have been beneficial for me because it keeps my thighs from rubbing together. The crappy thing is, is you just don’t know until you try.

👋 there just one ☝️ piece of advice on tight clothes don’t wear them it will cause friction and make your hs worse so avoid it at all costs and if you want something to clean your groin area use this stuff it’s a wound cleaner and it’s what they have been using on me after surgery on my armpit put it on cotton wool and wipe down the whole area have a look 👀 and you can get this from eBay or your doctor 🧑‍⚕️ or even your nurse 👩‍⚕️ if they will give it to you

My flare ups are in the groin area but I am too scared to wear tight shorts for exercise incase that makes it even worse.

If you don’t mind me asking where do you deal with flare ups? Mine have always been my pelvic area, groin and inner thighs. I switched to wearing Nike compression shorts in and outside of the gym. That along with dietary changes has helped an absolute ton.
