No I would not advise it and you will probably find it will make it worse
Don’t forget this burrows deep under the skin
So best option if in doubt don’t take the chance
And you probably will find no tattoo artist will do it as if it makes it worse you could have a law suit against them

That seems like it would be very painful to poke into a scar. Mine are already tender.

I suppose it would depend on severity of the scar tissue. I have a few that im sure that would be Hades to get ink into lol
