I tend to be low in iron so i avoid taking turmeric tablets, but i've had luck with making anti-inflammatory "tea" from turmeric, ginger, lemon, honey, & black pepper. It seems to help my flare-ups resolve faster

I take tumeric and haven't seen much change in our breaks but I do think it's helping my arthritis.

I have all over body pain that we believe is caused by the HS so it’s a symptom. So hopefully the turmeric will help with the body pain thus helping the HS just not the actual skin aspect

I’ve been using 2000 MGS of turmeric for years and helps with inflammation and joint pain but did nothing for HS

I was taking turmeric everyday for a few weeks for joint and muscle pain and then stopped, not sure why lol! I wasn’t paying attention to the HS but I still have turmeric so will definitely try it and check if and how it affects HS symptoms!
