Unfortunately I’m not able to take Humira and my doctor suggested trying accutane. Has anyone has any success in treating your HS with this medication? Experience any horrible side effects?

I didn't see any difference with Accutane and actually had to stop it due to knee pain.

i'm currently on Accutane and I haven't seen any difference. Still get constant flair ups.

I did Accutane about 30 years ago. It cleared up for about 15 years. When it came back it was milder but it did come back.
