What Do You Do For Pain Management?

Hi guys been dealing with H.S for about 10 years now I'm a mum now so I feel like I'm much more hands on an active but when i have a flare up like now it's so draining etc what do you do for pain? I have a lump the size of a small golf ball so painful.

Hot water bottle. I boil the water wrap in towel. I also wash with Hibiclens

i use witch hazel on mine it 100 percent natural astringent it is used for inflamed skin you can get it over the counter TN dickinsons witch hazel put on pad or cotton ball leave on 20 to 30 min it helped me i use it all the time works great for my pain
