Clear/slightly Discoloured Liquid Leaking From Armpit Scars?

For weeks and weeks now, I have had a clear/slightly discoloured liquid leaking from my inflamed armpit scars. It smells pretty old and musty, but is continuous and I don't know how to prevent it. Keeping it covered doesn't help, letting it get air doesn't help, and to be honest I don't actually know what it is. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I use 1 cup 35% hydrogen peroxide in bath, it helps keep infection down so no oozing.
